Génesis, Álvaro and the whole Narea Tech team are literal GOD SENDS! As the founder of an international Public Speaking coaching business, we run an array of virtual programs. We were desperately trying to “do it all” facilitate, manage a chat, manage breakout rooms, attempt to navigate the intricacies of zoom, etc. With Genesis and Alvaro, we have designated collaborators that not only ensure that all our events run seamlessly, but more importantly they’ve become integrated members of our Fearless Family.

We provide tech direction support from planning of your experience to post-production video editing to capture learnings and memories for your participants.

01 / EXPERIENCE

We work with you to understand where tech can enable meaningful interaction. We will design the experience, translate physical events into virtual ones, and integrate the tech. From developing run of shows for trainings, to envisioning virtual conferences, our role is to create human-centered virtual experiences.

02 / TECH SETUP

Once the program and experience is defined, we set up the technical backend and prepare everything in advance. From staffing events with tech assistants, to pre-arranging breakout groups, to running through practice rounds, we make sure that every technical detail is ready.

03 / EXECUTION

We'll be there every step of the way to make sure that everything goes well. From sending people into breakout groups to moderating the chat to sharing your slide decks, your event will be in good hands. No more technical difficulties, just smooth sailing and polished virtual experiences.

If you want to go a step further and have your program watched by hundreds or even thousands of people, we will help you live stream an authentic and unique experience that will connect you with a broad audience. Our team counts with the latest technology to transmit your event to Youtube, Facebook or a “Custom Live Streaming Service” through Zoom or External Encoders.

/ Remote Hybrid Event support

Managing physical and virtual events all at once will be easier with our team. As Virtual stage managers, will set up the technical backend and make sure your virtual attendees enjoy a human-centered experience.

After your event, we can produce a synthesized summary video of your event to use for educational purposes or promotional materials for your work.

Additionally video needs always arise with our clients. Whether you need a brainstorming session to create your explainer video, a smooth and simple animation to bring it to life or a fast and dynamic video edition, we are here to help. One of my biggest strengths is being a quick learner and a patient student. My new hobbies are all about Cryptogames and blockchain. I also love spending time with my friends and discovering new music artists.	Joselin Tech Director I have a B.A in International Commerce and a master's degree in International Trade. I focus on sales, marketing and customer management. I enjoy interacting with customers and providing them service, it gives me a particular joy and find it very rewarding. I'm an extroverted person who loves to travel, meet new people and learn new things.	Génesis Tech Director - Multimedia Designer I love figuring out how to do things easier/better/more fun. I'm in my element when painting, and creating. I have a background in visual communication, graphic journalism, and multimedia design. I love how art evolves with technology, and how creativity can help to deliver a message in an unique way.

Álvaro Tech Director I'm a musician/guitarist, composer, and producer with a B.A. in Musicology. I’ve been part of musical projects with renowned artists and emerging talents, from cities such as London, Madrid, Caracas, and Porto. As Zoom tech director, I’ve been able to use this experience to curate music for events, and offer audio and sound solutions.	Suraj Tech Director I studied at Minerva University, taking classes in one of the most advanced active learning forums while living in 7 different countries. Cross-cultural connection in experience design is something we designed for in the Minverva experience. I love volunteering, cooking and event organizing. I've worked in education, business development, marketing and community building.
Vicky Storytelling & Video Production I'm a storyteller and story listener, everything I do goes around telling stories. I write, edit, animate and produce videos. I love getting to know people on the deepest level and make soulful connections. I'm passionate about nature and human behavior, there is a story everywhere we look, I'm good at finding them.	Michael Experience Designer I’m an experience designer and community builder based in USA/Spain/Costa Rica. With Nareatech I like creating engaging experiences in partnership with facilitators around the world.
